Our family stayed with ALP for about 3 years and we had a lot of good moments together and we are very grateful for it. Most of the team members were really good people and they do understand that they have to work with a parents as well as their clients-kids and this is a stressful and challenging time for the parents or caregivers. But if you are looking for well trained bt , a real professional ABA support, a good in time communications and a private space for the sessions inside the center I would say to find out if there are any other options in the area.

This company is acquisitive and provides terrible services. They are only looking at the business aspect and have no care for families with kids that have ASD. The therapists are barely trained and have no prior experience with kids (or kids with autism). More than that they are unwilling to work and just sit idle in the sessions or using their phones. They are always extremely understaffed and the supervisor never showed up as promised. We were always informed the plan was changed because they only provide tentative plans as per their policy. The teams are very unprofessional and made derogatory remarks often. I have even seen their supervisors gossiping about clients with the therapists. We always had to ask for data and progress because its their policy again to not have parents see the data that the team is capturing. And then when we asked on the progress and that the sessions were not going effective, they even threatened us to stop services and they actually cut off a lot of hours for our son. There are better ABA companies out there that care about kids with ASD.
