We love ALP! My son is loving it! They are very good with him and in the short time he's had services he's already making so much progress! I 10/10 would recommend!

I only had one good BT with experience to work with children I have people come in to my home in experienced! Not trained and with open dcf cases! On top of they obligate you to set hours late at night not to benefit your child to benefit them self. The staff leaves back to back. And most act like babysitters instead of BT most of this staff is hire with no certificate no schooling but a high school diploma to work with these autistic kids.

Very unprofessional company. Very high turnover right with staff leading to high inconsistencies with children who rely on consistency. One of the staff i caught mishandling my child resulting in harm. Took 3 attempts to catch her attention. They still refused to install cameras in the facility. The billing department does not bill insurance regularly so when i was unaware of my insurance cancelation my child was still attending. Wasn't until a substantial amount of time later that i was notified and they are holding me responsible for a bill of thousands of dollars. That wouldnt have happened if they billed insurance regularly. Upon my child losing yet another ABA they just stopped any form of contact. Only reason i continued services here was because my child loved 2 ABA's. Then they just basically dropped us without a call email letter nothing.
