Briana did not communicate with me. I left voicemails and I got no reply. I asked for help with assistive technology and my request was intentionally ignored. The device I asked for was ordered from a third party vendor instead of Apple like I requested. I sent all the information needed. My request was under the $500 limit for the device. The device that was sent to me was from New York and it’s engraved with someone else’s name on it that is covered by a white bar that was painted on the back of the iPad. This would not have happened if she followed the rules that Easter Seals has in place. I sent her all the information needed to place the order with apple refurbished and she decided to do what she wanted instead of what I requested and that’s not how the program works. You don’t have discretion to choose for me to save a couple bucks. I asked for Apple care to be placed on the device that was not done because Briana did not order my device from Apple as instructed. I’m extremely disappointed and I don’t trust your process. Others I have have dealt with in the past were not too good to communicate with clients. That program is for people like me and you would have no job in that division so that means you must follow directions and not think you are above communicating with potential disabled clients.

The do good things for humanity. Very friendly and caring staff. Make an appointment to check out their Assistive Technology Resource Center if you are looking for something to help a disabled friend or family member.
