Innerspace was integral in helping me diagnose and treat my mental condition. The therapists and physicians are compassionate and caring. I felt very secure and comfortable during each session. I must say Innerspace was an extremely positive experience. I recommend Innerspace to anyone who is suffering with any form of mental illness.

I can only speak to the adult IOP/PHP program, but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Despite some of the older, more critical reviews, the current psychologist, Dr. Akunna, is excellent. The staff is also very respectful of gender identities and preferred names — I’ve even seen therapists gently correct each other when the wrong pronoun was used by mistake. Britney is a fantastic therapist — extremely validating and supportive. The smaller group setting allows for meaningful one-on-one attention, especially during afternoon sessions. Grace, their most consistent group therapist, creates a space where people can truly show up as they are — something I’ve rarely seen done so well. Ajita and the rest of the team work hard to support clients while also holding firm, compassionate boundaries to set them up for success after leaving the program. They use a mix of DBT, CBT, and other therapeutic approaches to teach skills in a holistic, client-centered way. They also encourage clients to seek additional medical support, such as a primary care doctor or nutritionist, when needed. Overall, the team is committed to helping clients fully engage with treatment — and you truly get out of the program what you put into it.

My daughter only had 2 sessions here , her name is My’Unique , when i say the people here made myself and my daughter very comfortable , im speaking nothing but the truth , they take their time with the patient & the patients family member their communication with you is amazing you will never feel like your confused and don’t know what’s going on with your child , they made me feel very safe and that i could trust them with the well being of my child, Dani was super amazing, due to our insurance change we couldn’t move forward so that was the only reason for us leaving innerspace but i def recommend them to anyone seeking therapy in the surrounding area

Honestly it’s a really nice place. But the psychiatrist is actually horrific and should never be working with people with Complex mental illness. I didn’t end up graduating from the program because of that psychiatrist. a week before I was about to graduate I ran out of my medication but the other psychiatrist I was seeing with them was not there. (Before switching to this psychiatrist I was seeing the really horrible one) I demanded a switch because the other psychiatrist treated me like I’m not a human. I was not made aware I was gonna be pulled into a zoom call with that therapist. She accuse me of overtaking my medication which was not true cause someone gives me my medication. She was not buying that and I started to cry after the call. I was very firm with the program that this is extremely unprofessional to accuse of something like that which wasn’t even possible for me to do. I decided to drop out. I had good experiences in the past with them but this psychiatrist tainted this whole experience/ facility and I do not recommend anyone coming here

I cant even begin to express how helpful the staff at Innerspace was. Each and every therapist there were some of the kindest, and most compassionate people. I attended the Adult IOP program and I learned a lot. The program itself was great, even in some of the more heavy topics that need to be addressed, they made it feel not so overwhelming and were very understanding if you needed to step out and regain composure during those heavy topics. The groups themselves were also very engaging but were also very understanding if you didnt feel comfortable sharing. The Individual therapists that you work with were all so caring, and were very good at breaking down the things that were troubling me. We worked on many things to help aid the struggles I was facing and I can confidently say I can handle them going forward. All in all, I highly recommend this program for people who are struggling with their mental health. The process may take time but it is absolutely worth it in the long run. Thank you Innerspace for all the care you've given me.

After a mental health crisis I went to Innerspace. It was the best help I could possibly hope to receive. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The fellow clients are also very supportive of one another. Innerspace is also hands on helpful with what you need and work with you in your journey. I couldn’t have gotten this far without them! Thank you Innerspace for helping me heal and find my aftercare therapist!
