I have nothing negative to say from the moment my daughter diagnosed w/ ASD and the referral went out to them from her pcps office it has been smooth transitions, a full team behind her every step of the way since services started. Theirs clear communication from everyone and love support and understanding from everyone. If theirs any help or questions I need they’re an email a text or a call away. Daughter was dx’d at 2 and is now 4 and they’ve been with her the entire time. My daughter looks forward to see them everyday. I would recommend their services to anyone I know.

Review of Keys ABA Services Do not waste your child’s time here. Keys has been incredibly inconsistent. There were constant scheduling issues, and staff turnover was so frequent that most didn’t last more than two months—some less than a month. For a child with ASD, consistency is everything. They often hired people with little to no background working with children or autism. Many staff would just follow my child around instead of engaging meaningfully. I frequently saw them on their phones, and there was never a clear goal or plan. They promised to gather data, send updates, and create a care plan—but none of that ever happened. My child became more frustrated than supported. One staff member assigned to his case would clock in and leave without working, even claiming days that weren’t worked. When I brought this to the BCBA’s attention, both the staff and BCBA left the case within two days. I was told it was reported, but I was never informed they were leaving. I reached out to supervisors—none of them knew about the incident. Billing confirmed those dates were charged to insurance. It was clear they didn’t care. I had to do what was best for my son’s growth, and this place was not it. They wasted our time, made empty promises, lied, and breached trust. I gave them chance after chance, and was disappointed every time. Thankfully, I found a new provider. Within just one week, I saw a difference in my son’s progress. He was happier, more engaged, and the team made it a priority to help him grow while keeping me informed every step of the way. They even helped me better understand his diagnosis. I wish I left sooner.

I've had a very bad experience with them. My son was on the waitlist, and they finally had a BCBA ready for him at the end of May 2025. However, as of Today, September 17th, my son has not received any help from them. The BCBA, who was supposed to work with him, canceled more than three appointments because she was sick. We never even had a chance to meet her since May. As of now, they still do not have another BCBA available for my son. After I emailed the director to ask for an update, she informed me that his BCBA has been on medical leave until August 28 and that they do not have anyone else to work with him. It’s frustrating that she didn’t inform me about this situation; I only found out after reaching out. Another BCBA mentioned that they are trying to find someone for him or have already found one, but again, the director did not take the initiative to email or apologize for the lack of communication regarding the changes.

The onboarding process is pretty smooth. I sent in our documents and someone came out to assess our son. After that it took a bit to get the right therapist but once everything lined up it was smooth sailing.
