Good therapist, horrible billing. My FSA card ran out of money towards the end of the year. They contacted to get a different credit card, then charged $10 on it for the declined card charge without any warning. Never heard anyone charging for a card being declined. When I contacted them, the response was that I signed the agreement. There is nothing at all in the agreement about declined card charges. And they won't work with you unless you have a card on file and authorize auto-billing. What a racket.
