I’ve been working with Links for a year now, and I truly couldn’t have imagined starting my behavior therapy career anywhere else. The team is incredibly supportive, and my BCBA has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. My team are knowledgeable, patient, and deeply committed to their clients' progress.

I've written a review before, but truly need to express an updated one. Links ABA has been an incredible support for my son and me for the past 3-4 years. When my son started, he struggled with making eye contact, had limited language, and found it difficult to socialize. Today, he makes great eye contact within his comfort level, has friends, and his language skills have improved significantly. The team at Links ABA has been incredibly attentive to our needs and concerns. Navigating life as a parent of a special needs child can be challenging, but the staff has always shown me grace, patience, and understanding through every obstacle. They take the time to get to know your child through data and work hard to pair them with the right ABA therapist. Our BCBA, Sarah, is truly outstanding—detailed, passionate, and dedicated to her work. We've also been incredibly fortunate to work with Morgan, an amazing ABA therapist who's growing so quickly in her career. She’s always knowledgeable, caring, and shows tremendous compassion toward both my son and me. Chanie has been with me since day one and has supported me through so much, even in my most frustrating moments. Shaindy has also been fantastic, with her quick responses, thorough scheduling, and consistent check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Links ABA—they’ve made such a positive impact on our lives. I don't know where my son would be today without Links.

Links has been amazing to work with. They have been very flexible in their methods and my child's needs have always been top priority. They work with the client as opposed to on the client which is such a welcome break from the traditional agencies. Both Shaindy and Connie have always been very supportive, understanding and available to talk. Most importantly our behavior technician, Patricia has been the absolute best. She brings out the best in your child and is always teaching/engaging in the most natural way. As a family we wanted interventions to not be confined to table top approach or use of gadgets as incentives and she has achieved that so seamlessly. I am beyond grateful to her and the agency for listening and helping us work towards my child's growth.
