I am autistic and this therapy session was wonderful
I was evaluated by Sheylah Trotter for a thorough ADHD assessment for GMAT accommodations. The testing and process were straightforward and the output substantive. I successfully received testing accommodations for the GMAT as well as workplace accommodations. I would absolutely recommend - 5/5.
Arianna is empathetic, relatable, reliable, and overall treats you as the authentic individual that you are. Anytime we speak, I just know that I will leave feeling satisfied with an action plan for our next conversation. She works with true integrity, compassion, and has the ability to "read the room". Such a great friend and I am super excited to see how many people she touches.
Arianna possesses a remarkable combination of empathy, non-judgment, compassion, and active listening skills. She is a true asset to anyone seeking her services. Her capacity to deeply care for her clients and their overall well-being, coupled with her empathetic approach to their difficulties, places Arianna in a league of her own, making her an outstanding therapist
Mema's ability to make you feel understood, safe, and supported is incredible. She wants the best for her patients and provides individualized plans. Highly recommend!!
Mema is great with children, gets to their level by listening. She has been so supportive to my son in navigating his identity as a minority, as they talk openly about anything. As a parent I have appreciated her thoughtfulness and support in helping me advocate and lean into difficult conversations with school personnel. She has exposed me a whole new level of thinking as I parent. I am more empowered/ equipped to raise a young kind, loving, authentic boy. She is part of our village and we appreciate the tools she utilizes.
Mema is a great therapist and she listens to my problems and feelings and helps me work through them, and provides practical advice and suggestions. She helped diagnose me with ADHD, which actually made a lot of sense when reflecting on the way I did some things. I have talked to her about my relationship with my parents and she has helped me understand them better as well. We do online video sessions as I live elsewhere in MA from the building, and we hold them after work on weekdays (normally around 5pm) which might be useful for anyone having travel issues.
Mema is amazing. She is patient, kind, insightful, and non-judgmental. After every session she takes the time to provide me with written resources to look over before our next session. I can sincerely say with her help my mental health and mindfulness has improved dramatically over our time together. I 100% would recommend her to anyone who is interested!
