The instructor, with a calming voice, led us through a "Defusion" exercise, a technique particularly helpful for managing intrusive and overwhelming thoughts. As someone whose stressful thoughts often become overbearing, this practice truly grounded me in the present. It helped me release tension I didn't even realize I was holding.

Kendal is a creative and compassionate art therapist. Her sense of humor and genuine approach facilitate the connection with her clients and makes them engaged with their healing journey. She meets her clients where they are and empowers them to have agency for change.
