Poor service. They don't care about your well being. There is a break down in commuation. They don't assist in a positive way. To improve your life. You're made to do things on your own. When, you don't feel well. They go on vacation a lot . Leave you to deal on your own. The on call person at Vinfen (Megan) is argumentative. Dosen't listen well .Has no sympathy. They made me feel frighten and helpless.

I am not sure what happened, but when I was first set up with vinfen they were a literal life saver. Now they are the exact opposite. They hate my guts for no reason, but that I made a single complaint about one of their workers who stood me up. Ever since then they have blacklisted me and blocked me everywhere. I require DMH services to get by, but Vinfen is very unprofessional and they blatantly hate their clients like me. What they are doing to me is a violation of my rights as a DMH client. These people have driven me to the point of hopelessness. I know for a fact they will celebrate when they find out I am dead. I really needed help and this place slammed the door in my face. I don't know where else to turn or what to do. I am a complete loss.
