Everything was professionally handled with great care.

I would NOT recommend this agency. I have been with this agency for almost two years. They failed to staff my case with BTs that are experienced and competent. As a result, it was a huge waste of money spent on the initial assessments (needs to be done every 6 months) and out of pocket co-pays for BTs sessions where they would quit within 2 weeks of starting. My child never got any quality therapy from this agency. The BCBAs they assigned to my case was great. However, their hiring and recruiting department for BTs was a disaster. The office manager also threatened to drop my case despite my insurance authorization still being valid. I had to call the owner of the agency to make sure my case remains open until end of the authorization period.

Yellow Bus ABA - what can I say? There are truly no words to thank you for the care you take of our son Bobby. Of all the places we’ve tried before, Bobby always would cry for us not to take him back. But after Yellow Bus ABA, our little joy Bobby, pleads with us the bring him back! The staff is phenomenal and the cofounders are wonderful people with tremendous hearts. It would be a real shame if anyone went anywhere besides Yellow Bus ABA

I love this place! I have seen many ABA therapy programs, and not one has the heart they give each individual child, the amazing care they provide clinically with proven results, and the sincere connection they develop with parents as they step them through this often times harrowing process. I have known Estelle professionally for many years, and she is a leader in Special Ed and Autism Treatment. She has hand selected an amazing staff to drive her vision of helping as many children as she can reach their true potential. I cannot recommend Yellow Bus ABA enough!

Very warm and friendly staff. I used to bring my child to a location in Westchester before I found out about Yellow Bus. She is happy and comes home very relaxed.
