We are looking to hire a highly trained Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is looking to make a difference in children's lives while loving every minute of it!

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
  • Work Location: In person

Requirements & Qualifications

  • BCBA certification given by the BACB.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design ABA therapy plans
  • Monitor the progress and make adjustments regularly.
  • Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
  • Constantly review clinical reports and session notes.
  • Write reports outlining data and progress for each client.
  • Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training.
  • Coordinate with the Director to maintain the quality of cases.
