I’ve had such a great experience with the Long Beach office! The staff is always kind, patient, and really goes above and beyond to help families. The office manager and clinical team are super supportive and genuinely care about their clients’ progress. You can tell they put their hearts into their work. I’ve also seen so many positive changes since my sibling started going there it’s clear the team truly makes an impact. I definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for quality behavioral health care.
can’t say enough great things about 360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach! The entire staff is amazing, kind, patient, and truly dedicated to the families they serve. You can feel the care and effort they put into every interaction. A special shoutout to Destiny, the manager! She used to be my child’s ABA specialist, and now she’s been promoted, which doesn’t surprise me at all. She was incredible with my child, always patient, understanding, and truly invested in their progress. Seeing her grow into a leadership role makes perfect sense because she has always gone above and beyond for every family she works with. If you’re looking for a compassionate and reliable team that truly puts people first, I highly recommend 360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach! 🌟
I give them 5 stars, since my son started with the therapies we noticed changes little by little, the whole team did a great job they were very professional and patient with my little one. I really appreciate all their support in the process, after a year my son graduated and we are very happy with the results. Thank you ❤️
If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews many of them are written by their own management and staff. My son did not receive the quality treatment he deserved. The front office staff is rude and unprofessional they act like they don’t even want to be there. Management seems to care only about money, not the kids or their progress. My son’s former BI even shared how poor the internal communication is, how favoritism is common, and how management talks badly about staff behind their backs. This isn’t just about one bad experience it’s a pattern coming from the top.I truly feel bad for the employees who are trying their best under such toxic leadership. If you’re a parent who’s serious about getting real, high quality ABA therapy for your child, please look elsewhere. This is not the place.
Our team at 360 Behavioral has helped in making a huge difference in our lives. Staff is kind, patient, and dedicated. They have become a part of our family. We are extremely thankful for the guidance, support, and the devotion in our daughter’s development. She has thrived thanks to everyone that has worked with her. Forever grateful.
This review is for 360 behavioral health ( behavioral home respite in action in Monterey park ONLY ) Thank God I have finally made the decision to pull out my son case from this place. We needed help for home respite and personal assistance for my son who has behavioral issues. The main point of behavioral personal assistance is give the parent temporary break while she can take a break, run errands, have a shower and cook so she can continue providing support for her son All what I found from this office and their staff is first of all the supervisor of my son case his name is Miguel. He is absolutely unprofessional, and no respect to parent needs or requests. I would send him message Monday and he won’t respond till next week on Tuesday Last time because he wouldn’t follow up with my son schedule, I had 3 partners on my son case showing up at the same time. All staff are only high school graduates with no experience whatsoever to deal with individuals on the spectrum or have severe behavioral issues beside other diagnosis. I was lucky to discover red flags early before trauma can happen to my son. First staff was having sucidial thoughts while providing care for my son and I was unable to rest. Second staff was giving my son an attitude while we had to accompany him to church Then next time she came with weird outfits absolutely unprofessional for her job position Third time she had to cancel because she had red eye and she stayed out for 2 weeks I can’t believe the amount of subs coming to my son case and the office couldn’t figure out a solution to have a permanent caregiver for my son My son had very bad feelings and disregulation because of inconsistency to find regular partner for his case beside the unprofessionalism, lack of experience knowledge performance and communication Another time staff couldn’t come because every time she has her period she can’t stand up or play with my son or she could be moody and throwing fits Also she goes to use our house bathroom and splash water on the sink every where Another time she can’t come because of traffic, final exams, ER visits or family emergency in Mexico Second staff I couldn’t leave her alone with my son because she doesn’t want to engage or play with him. She prefers sitting on his bed and observing him or she would go moody while we are running late to drop her off after my son therapy Third staff was focusing on my son eye lashes, hair and his cheeks for 4 hours session Fourth staff was yelling at my son because she wants to do notes on her journal and playing with her phone while my son was asking her to play with him. Same first staff she would go sleeping , yawning or passing out from being tired while my son is next to her waiting for her to play with him Or we would ask her to accompany us to target and she would go completely silent and unresponsive while my son is having tantrum and she doesn’t want to help me while am buying grocery or help him in children hospital with me before he elopes After this hassle and drama and being patient with this office beside the manager who is un capable to find the right staff for my son or respect religious beliefs of some families then we decide to run immediately Please look for help somewhere else with another agency to make sure your child is safe
Company works hard to meet the needs of their client (my child).
Very professional and caring staff. I appreciate them so much.
