Joy Ichie is one of the finest medical professionals I have ever been a patient of. She takes the time to really listen and understand your needs, ensuring that her treatment plan fits you at every step of the way. She continually adjusts her methods as necessary, when the situation demands it, and is never afraid to try a novel treatment. She bases her treatment plans on science and research rather than fads, and always delivers top quality care. I trust her with my mental health explicitly.

I have family who are treated through this location - while the doctor at this clinic has always been friendly and personable, it is concerning how the office itself functions. Communication is often delayed or nonexistent, and medication refills or transfers are frequently mishandled or ignored. It borders on irresponsible and can create serious problems for patients who rely on timely and accurate medical support.

Joy is wonderful! She remembers things that I am struggling with and points me in the right direction and then adjusts my meds as needed.

The provider and the staff are amazing. I've been coming here for years and the staff is very respectful, responsive, and gave me medication that really helped me. Haven't had a problem with this place, I highly recommend.

Very torn on this rating. The psychiatrist is great, and I felt that she listened to all my concerns and gave me useful meds. However, the process to transfer my pharmacy after my move has been less than subpar. The woman working the front is rude, snappy, and all around a displeasure to speak to. Good office, poor communication.
