I am saddened at the lack of communication regarding my son. I was disappointed that even after 3 months of regular attendance 2x week. There was no treatment plan available or presented to me even after I asked for one. No goals or objectives that were communicated to me. After every session the therapist would come and ask me to sign. And give feed back but no clear recommendations for how to translate these skills or objectives to a home or school setting. AFTER 3 months they advised me there is family training available but only the owner was to do this. That was in MAY and it’s June and they have yet to reach out to me. They did send an email about a small balance there was. 🤡 needless to say I stopped taking my kiddo. I had high hopes for this as this was my first attempt to help my kiddo but I guess I will take my business and trust else where
