I have been coming here for a year, maybe two, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The team is professional and really work with you through your problems. I work specifically with Sherita, the CEO, and she has helped me through personal, academic, and professional situations that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to get through. I appreciate that she is always open to feedback and willing to adjust her services as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving them a chance.
they have a really great mission statement, it's all very pretty and wrapped up in a bow. However if you are someone who actually needs help, I would not recommend. You'll end up high and dry. Everything they say they are about, my experience with them shows me the complete opposite. For instance I overheard my therapist at the time tell a client she was a virgin..but then tells me all about the baby she has. 🤔 When I first started going to therapy, my very first day, they forgot to schedule my appointment and blamed me for it. It triggered me and led me to tears. When they called to let me know they were ending the relationship, they also triggered me, sending me into a worsening depression. Imagine having a therapist leave you in the midst of your abandonment issues, all while blaming you on the way out. I've never had a therapist make me feel worse about myself. They came to Pontiac with the vision of helping Pontiac residence, but you cannot have any REAL mental health issues, or they will politely terminate your relationship. If you're looking for someone you can trust, someone who is loyal AND understanding, it is not this company. Make sure you are available everyday for your session. If you miss three days, they will terminate your relationship. Missing a day is $150, so make sure your schedule never changes on those days. If you are looking for mental health help, Indo not recommend this company.
