A Better Brain Neurotherapy Center

Went in for anxiety and adhd. Before treatment, my symptoms included being easily irritated, constantly worried, and lacking focus. By the end f the training, my symptoms improved significantly. Things that would trigger me in the past became nothing more than a minor inconvenience that I could just shrug off. I was able to focus on what I was doing better(most noticeable when reading or working out). It became a lot easier to bring myself back from distractions. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The at home training they offer is very ideal for someone like me with a sporadic work schedule. You just have to be disciplined and consistent with the training. You may feel regression after a few sessions but make sure you keep training to see continued improvement. The staff is also available after hours for any additional assistance you may need.

After exploring several different types of therapy for my daughter we finally found Dr. Richards and neurofeedback therapy. The entire experience has been wonderful, with kind, caring staff and positive, supportive weekly check-ins. We were looking for a therapy that was effective, and drug free, and have had amazing results. After years of my daughter struggling with anxiety and depression, we found Dr. Richards and his program. We finally have our daughter back and are forever grateful!

I did neurofeedback at A Better Brain Neurotherapy Center and the results have been none other than amazing. I started with very severe anxiety that caused physical symptoms. Since completing the neurofeedback, I was able to rate the improvement of my anxiety on a scale of 0-10 as a solid 9! I can feel the difference and it shows in my test results as well. I'd like to thank Dr. Richards and his team for all their help. I'm happier than I've been in a very long time.

I didn't realize the impact of neurofeedback. I came in seeking a way to better focus on tasks and compartmentalize, and neurofeedback reprogrammed my brain to do just that. I've been able to keep on track with tasks and really get things done. Seeing the effects so quickly after starting was amazing, and the lasting effects to my productivity have been so worthwhile. I've been working with Dr. Richards for over two years now and cannot recommend a better person to work with. It's a non-invasive, pain-free, simple solution to be a more efficient human in the world! 10/10 :)

The staff is unbelievably cooperative and work around your schedule when times are tough, and for the first time it feels as if I’m able to have a second chance at life with a new perspective.
