Absolutely, RIDICULOUS..Take your children somewhere else. We were seeing Ashley Dodson who was my daughter so called therapist..She barely had time to see her when I would text her about appointments we were told quote her words " I need to have a break sometime.I do work two jobs".My daughter never felt comfortable, but I told her it would get better..IT GOT WORSE! She even commented my daughter shoes " Those are UGLY" ...can you imagine your therapist saying those types of comments to you at 12 years!?! We'll, she did! Its soo much I could say, but i do regret coming here .Over the summer break we were dismissed without a warning or nothing..my daughter is left without her medications being refill and now Im left begging for her medical records. Do Not come here!....but thank you to Ms. Valerie you were great!...
I have been coming here initially with my daughter. Now I have obtained a therapist for myself and for my youngest son. I can feel and notice the difference. I am so blessed and excited to embrace this new form of life. A Better You name says exactly how the therapist here will help you become. A special shot out to my therapists Mrs. Lashonda, you are the best. Thank you 😊

If I could give this place 0 starts I would!! They don’t even deserve one. My daughter was enrolled for 6 weeks and was only seen by the therapist Tiffany Hudson ONCE! When I inquired about this via text Mrs. Hudson called in an angry aggressive tone Stating not to text her phone questioning her, when I attempted to defend myself and explain she talked over me and yelled so I made the decision to hang up and call the office. When I reported this to Mr. Chu he did not care nor take seriously the unprofessional actions of his employee. This is supposed to be a program meant to help people. But they just taking peoples insurance and not actually seeing patients!! Worst experience ever!! I do not recommend.
Love the environment, my therapist understood me with no judgement made me feel welcome, looked forward too speaking too her ever session I left feeling better about my self 🙏🏽
