Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
I have been with ABM for a while now and I have the best services that are offered there. I’m on Medicaid and it’s hard to find reputable providers I’ve found. These providers of mine really care and have great repoir with my needs .I have therapy 1x a week on telehealth which I prefer and CBRS weekly. I recommend them highly
Be careful going to this clinic. They are not accepting of people with certain mental illnesses.
The people at a body and mind are always kind and professional. I recommend them for therapy services.
Such a great organization! The counselors, and Community-based providers are so hard working to care for our mental health. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
They focus on client care and helping our community! Everyone is welcoming, accepting, and supportive of people who need assistance with daily living. Highly recommend getting services and working for ABM.
A Body and Mind is the best! I took the Peer Support training through them. They were able to teach in a way that was supportive and informative. 10/10 would recommend them for training or mental health services!
Such a fantastic group of people, ABM is my home and family. I can't say enough about how compassionate and supportive these people are.
This agency was absolutely great until it wasn't. My provider for services was outstanding. Just the agency is at fault here. Back in May I was in a sticky severe situation with an abusive ex. My licensed professions were going to be out of state and wanted me to have the emotional support from my family I needed while providers were out of town. Because of the severity of the situation with my abusive ex my counselor advised me to fly home the very next day. I live over 2000 miles away from all my family so with a licensed professional team approach it was decided I needed to be with family. I gave my CBRS over 24 hour notice and told her of when my return date was going to be-when my licensed providers were back in town. All of my mental health diagnoses have been on file and a CDA was provided with my diagnoses on the onset of starting services with A Body and Mind. Nothing was said about the agency not being able to help or assist with a certain diagnosis. The supervisor Dani with setting up goals actually discussed with my counselor and myself what goals would help with a trauma based dx in question. All this was done on the onset of services. Nothing was said or stated that the agency isn't equipped to help with that particular dx during the intake process. . My schedule with meeting with my CBRS provider just had changed and if it had stayed the same I wouldn't have missed one of the appts. I had a mental health crisis with a particular dx that was in my records. A part of me emailed my provider saying that I was too far to meet with her over 24 hours ahead of the meeting. I offered to make up the time the next day if CBRS was available.I was unable to have a telehealth appt the day of regular services because I was out of state. I did try to have a telehealth appt. The week I had the crisis I found out I was physically sick again from my chronic illness and needed multiple iv's again at the hospital. My aunt was placed in hospice with the prognosis of not making it by the end of the summer. I had a VERY hard appt with an outside provider. And I became physically sick with a nasty cold with a sore throat, coughing, headaches, body aches so I wasn't able to go to the next appt because of being physically sick with a 100.3 fever None of the last paragraph was considered before management not my CBRS provider decided to discharge me from services. My provider was helping me with a particular DX that supervisors now say the agency isn't able to help with. I was never a danger to my provider when I was in a dissociated state in public nor was I a danger to the community or myself when working in person with my CBRS worker. But to NOW say the agency is not equipped to help with my diagnosis that has been in my record the whole time when there has only been 1 severe mental health crisis with this condition in the whole time I have been in services is appalling. To use me going home to my family back in May for emotional support while my licensed providers were away is NOT okay! To say I missed 4 appts because of there being two different billable services where one service is not billed every time when I missed 2 days, one due to a mental health crisis and 2. being because I had a 100.3 fever to simply have an ethical way of discharging me is not okay and very much abandonment of the client. To my CBRS provider, I absolutely know this wasn't your choice but the agency decision. Thank you for everything. You helped me so much and I truly appreciate you for caring and not judging me and accepting ALL of me. Thank you
Best counselor I’ve ever had in Taylor Van Holland. Most disorganized behavioral health group I’ve ever experienced in a body and mind. Sorry, Taylor is five stars plus. The administration? Lost in space. Clients in Twin Falls are left in an information vacuum. Try to call the Boise office. More often than not nobody answers.
The clinicians, providers, and management go out of their way to make people feel welcome and accepted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
