I had been on a waitlist with doctors offices for a year to get my child evaluated for autism. When I came to a Brand New Day, they were able to perform the evaluation pretty quickly. Now I can get ABA services for my son!
i have so far enjoyed services with the company my behavior technician Deneliz, has done a great job connecting with my child. my child's communication and emotional skills and improving everyday with these one on one sessions!

This company has helped our son so much. He started a few years ago and made so much progress. He was only able to say mama and car. Now he can speak using sentences, can use the bathroom on his own, and made a lot of improvements with his focus at school. They helped us with a schedule and gave us recommendations for other services that he needed. I spoke with a few people there, and they always answered the phone or called us back, which our previous company never responded to me and were so rude. I feel respected and listen to when I have concerns or new things for him to learn. The supervisor and tech are great.
Mean company
I can't say enough good things about this company. The staff are so professional, but at the same time so caring. My son has made so much progress since working with them, and I can't even begin to thank them enough. When I first found out my son had autism, I felt as if I was alone and unsure of how I could help him. A Brand New Day has guided me through this journey of autism, and I now feel as if my son has a bright future ahead of him. Thank you to all at A Brand New Day who have played a part in my son's therapy. You all are such a blessing!
My son has been with A Brand New Day for 4yrs now and I had a rocky start with communication but since improvements have been made. Our BCBA Dorene is absolutely phenomenal, Ms. Jay, Tania, Angela, and two honorable mentions that are no longer with the company Shanay and Jordan 🤩🤩😍😍 huge impacts were made by these two I don’t even have the words to express my gratitude. Thank you A Brand New Day for selecting quality staff for my son and Dorene for ALWAYS supporting us and advocating for the best in all aspects of our lives 😇
This place was a roller coaster ride . Ned was amazing . Unfortunately they did give me a few issues . If i was 5-10 minutes late they would try to charge me $20 . Then if i wouldn’t come on time they stated i would have to wait an extra 45 minutes for a para to be available. I know they tried their best with my son and i appreciate that . Whoever runs this place or speaks with the parents was very inconsiderate. I get time is valuable but 5-10 minute grace period should be acceptable.
