They let a lobby full of people sit there while they all stood around and talked. Terrible service

This place is a joke. If you report abuse they ignore it and retaliate against the staff whom Reports it and fire them. The medication record is a joke, so many mistakes with wrong medications and the system not correctly documenting PRNS. When reported to supervisors and higher management it took wks of reports and explaining to get anything done. When told it could cause an overdose of medications they said communicate amongst one another better. These people Are of age and have no rights other than what they are told they can do. I mean they literally had no identification cards until I asked why? Then Managment started running like rabbits trying to get this completed. Staff will abuse clients and when reported it isn’t taken serious because they are a company with a buddy system and everyone else is considered liars and trouble The last person I worked with was left most of her items in a bag inside a closet because for several wks they refused to purchase hangers. Once they did purchase them they were rode and said “ I do t want to hear a thing about hangers in the foreseeable Future.” I was never introduced to the clients family, social workers or guardians. This place didn’t even have one girls medical information in her binder and refused to make an effort to get it because it was a weekend. I had to jump through hoops to get her medication that day because management had other things to do and failed to make sure proper records were in her binder. All of this is just a tip Of the iceberg. Keep ur family away from this place.

I will never trust this company ever again. I trusted you with my nephew n now he in Eastern state hospital. How in two days of having him in your residential can the law be called him sent to the hospital n never did any of you be honest with me . That this company was incapable of meeting my nephews unique needs I was honest with you from the first day and I dealt with 3 years of waiting on staff and the whole entire time that you was on his case it can't equal up a year of service but that was for the 3 years of service. When he went to the hospital you had him a total of two days not even a week you got a whole complete month's rent plus a week's rent and he wasn't even in your care a week I think you need to reevaluate this company and change your policies because you're doing more harm to the clients than you are doing good. He was a special case every one knew this n you have let him down. You made decision on his meds that was not correct with the information that was given to the hospital. Which left several things he was diagnosed with from a psychiatrist and other doctors was ignored and you had him took off of medicine that he should never been took off. LThis company has put him back right in the same situation as I got him from the abuse he's at the beginning again reevaluate your employees your therapist do not reward behavior especially bad behavior do not reward a food aggression with food no matter if that's all the client cares about. I pray you make changes that benefits the clients not your wallet. But I will not use this company ever again.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. This company is incompetent in so many, how it has remained licensed or functional i will never know. They DO NOT FOLLOW PARENT OR PSYCHIATRIST INSTRUCTION. The staff is NOT prepped like they are supposed to be and the 'case managers ' are a joke. If you love your child which i am suspecting you do- find another company. Our kids lives are already hard enough. Subjecting them to this place only makes it worse. Ive attempted to call the director a few times, after a couple of calls its obvious they are not passing it along. Lastly, this 'business ' has a horrible habit of victim shaming as well as excusing abusive behavior. This is not about helping our kids-- THIS IS ABOUT MONEY. Its sad. We really need quality services here.
