I want to leave a review for Dr. Nixon. I just realized after many years of service that I hadn’t left him a review. I was shocked and disappointed in myself because this doctor is absolutely amazing. He has made such a difference in my life! He has been fully attentive, caring, kind, respectful, and helpful! There certainly have been more than my share of hard times in my life, but because he has been there for me, I’ve made it through. I wish I had written a review many years ago, and many times a year; Dr. Nixon is truly one of the best of the best! Totally trustworthy and definitely cares about his patients!! Thank you, Dr. Nixon! You deserve all the very best in life, and I’m so grateful to have known and been treated by you!! You truly make a difference every day, and certainly a very big one in my life!

Whenever you call these people, they never pick up the phone. When someone does decide to answer the phone, they hang up. I have reached out to the billing department several times and no one calls back when you leave a voicemail. I know this place is not that busy to where they cannot answers calls or call patients back. This place is a joke!

I have been a client here for several years. Dr. Nixon is extremely thorough and truly a pleasure to work with. The office staff are always very kind and compassionate. Any concerns are always handled very quickly. Also, the staff keep clear and updated communications that make for a very personal experience. I recommend them to anyone seeking mental health support.

Another 5 year update - We had an AWFUL experience with one of the new therapists there while she was elsewhere. JK harmed my child. We have had positive experiences with Pam and Molly for treatment. I would recommend this practice. I edited my review. My children's therapist left on short notice. The psych nurse Molly locked me out of scheduling appointments because the computer said I was a no show when that wasn't true. It's a shame because I really liked them for a while.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They don’t pick up the phones EVER. It’s been about a year plus long process of trying to get my mental health records sent to another office. I NEED to be seen and pick restart my treatment. Dr. was seeing me and everything is going well. I go check the mail and to my surprise, I was let go as a patient because they said I missed an appointment,..this was not true.

Answer your phones and respond to requests for medical records!!! this is more than frustrating. Request has been put in more than 6 times and still been ignored!!!! zero stars for those people not answering phones!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Hoier is the best therapist I've ever had and is always there when I need her. Her intelligence exceeds her educational background which makes her very pleasant to talk to and receive her great advice. I also see Dr. Nixon who has been a heaven sent considering my issues. He's regulated and changed medication for the better. I don't know what I'd do without either of these wonderful Doctors.

I never went to the location, but I did telehealth with them for nearly a year and gave them so many chances. Just messy, rude, I feel like I'm just a number and they don't care about me as a person. The final straw was them cancelling an appointment last minute when I needed a refill on my Adderall and then saying, when asked if this would cause any issues with getting a refill in time, "it's just Adderall you won't have withdrawal". Yeah I don't withdrawal but I can't do my work without my meds. I'd give them a worse rating if I could because there's so many little things that built up. I do not recommend this place if you need care for an extended period of time, maybe once or twice would be fine.
