Very unprofessional, Will never see Susan Starkie again. Questioned her about a claim I had gotten from her that I didn’t understand and she threatened to overcharge me if I didn’t like the way the bill looked. Never have I been threatened by a health care professional, especially a mental health one. If you need help it’s not here. Will charge you for things you don’t understand and threaten you if you have issue. Seems like she might need someone to speak to before she can really help someone else P.S. the free consultation that it says on the website is not free. Do not be fooled you will be receiving a bill the second you give your information. Didn’t even speak on the phone for 15 mins and when I asked for the notes to see the bases of the convo she couldn’t show me anything. 0 transparency when it come to what you will be she will charge you. Beware. I have text messages of the threat. Say I’m mistaken if you would like that’s fine but threatening and arguing with patients who come to you for help is not something I am accustomed too. She has said a lot to try to cover for herself but has never denied threatening a patient. See her at your own risk
