We went for a tour, did the intake/interview. They stated they were waiting for the insurance. I’ve emailed and called and never got a response. At some point I finally gave up. Until this day no one has ever responded to my email or returned my phone call. I have no clue why my son was not accepted or what happen along the way. As working parents, it was so important for my son to be placed in a place where we felt he was safe and taken care of. We were let down and the list for ABA is very long everywhere so this was very heartbreaking and given false hopes. I am glad that this happened because if my son was attending this center, we would've had issues with communication.
