This company is actually a friendly face of Staten Island but not so friendly.. they communicate poorly with parents, their RBTs constantly cancel, and hours were submitted for services that were never provided. It feels like the focus is more on billing per hour than on the actual care and progress of the child. These are our family members — they deserve the treatment you’re paying for. I strongly recommend finding a different company.

We love Alanna and her staff at A Smiley Face! Our daughter loves going to the office and has started participating so much more with her peers. Endlessly thankful for all Alanna does!

Dr. Alanna and her experienced staff have been an absolute game changer to our lives. The positivity they have is crucial to our little guys experience, he always rushes in and comes out happy! Cannot speak enough of the great environment and excellent atmosphere, alongside the facilities that keep getting better and better. A Smiley Face is a safe learning environment where kids can flourish, we have seen major improvement in our little man’s developmental abilities.

A Smiley Face has made such a significant impact in our lives! Dr Alanna is just amazing. She is always there to offer support and guidance, no matter what the circumstance. No issue is too small. Our prior ABA center was horrible with call outs and cancellations, very unreliable. Since we started with this company, they have been very consistent and super dependable. We have been with them for 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are extremely flexible and always willing to work with you to accommodate your needs. They go nice and beyond. My son opened right up to the therapists, who are amazing with him. Having the option to go to the center has also been life changing. The therapists are always so flexible and willing to come to the house or center, depending on certain life circumstances. They also have Saturday hours and camps for when the school is closed, which makes life SO much easier. My son LOVES going there, I cannot say enough great things.

The facility provides great social interaction for my daughter which she thrives on. She has learned social skills (taking turns, patience and calming skills). Staff is very friendly, accommodating and focus driven. Overall I am very happy with my daughter’s progress so far.
