A to Z Therapy Services

We are using A to Z Therapy and they are great. Very conscientious, polite and helpful. I am seeing results quickly in both Speech & Physical Therapy.

A-Z has been such a great support for my daughter! She has made great progress with the therapist’s. Thank you for helping her and us!

We love going to A to Z therapy services for PT and OT. The therapists really work the areas of need in the patient well. The therapists are all really nice and supportive and want to see the patients continue to get better and grow. I highly recommend this facility.

Had a not so great experience here today & I wish I had spoken up at the time, but I was so blindsided by the experience it took me a bit to process. I debated keeping the review, but I decided warning people is better than letting someone else go through the same experience. Went in for a feeding evaluation for my 16 month old, after a lengthy conversation last week with Mandy (she was great, which is why the 2 stars instead of 1. I appreciate her kindness & listening to my concerns). I was initially told that my son may not be a good fit, but that she would speak to the therapists & see. The evaluation went through, so I assumed a therapist familiar with the type of issues my kid is having became available. But now, after having gone, I honestly feel like it was just to get money from us. No full feeding evaluation was done, other than asking me about his behavior & seeing if he touched different toys. No examination of how he drinks, swallows, or engages with food. Then I was left with the option to continue therapy in which they would just have him touch & play with food, which is already what we're doing at home, just not on a super messy level. The therapist admitted in the evaluation that he doesn't do feeding therapy, so I was left wondering why the appointment was even made in the first place, which is why I now believe it was about the money. Why would we continue services & pay out of pocket for my kid to just go there & touch food? I wish they had been upfront about the type of feeding help they offer, because feeding skills & feeding therapy aren't the same thing, & I was clear why I called that we needed feeding therapy. There were other things that made me uncomfortable as well in the session, so I decided not to consider bringing my daughter there either for other services. I wish I had spoken up more at the time, but that's on me. Really disappointed because this place sounded amazing from their website & on the phone, but did not deliver. Make sure they actually do what you need before going in!

A to Z Therapy and Anthony has done amazing with my son, he has progressed in areas we couldn’t have imagined and he looks forward to his sessions with Anthony. Professional, kind and patient with my son, we will continue to take our kid as this has been an excellent experience for us all.
