Do not trust your little ones with this company. I had a very bad experience with them, the application process was so smooth until when they gave me false hope for the service start time. The owner told me the wait time might be from 4 to 6 weeks. I keep calling them and their response was always like we still waiting for the insurance and we email them every week. To my surprise after more than two months I called the insurance and the insurance told me they have not received a single paperwork from A1 Autism consultant. I called Mr Frank the owner and told him that the insurance said they have not received any paperwork from them and he told me yes they did submit the paperwork and I will hear back from him before the end of the day, I also told him I need proof that he submitted it and he said okay. I haven’t heard back from him until the next day that was the time he called me back. He told me they have submitted the paperwork and in 10 days my son should start the service he needs. After 10 days he called me again but I missed his calls. Before calling him back I decided to called the insurance to find out if they have actually submitted the paperwork this time. Guess what is still the same no paperwork was submitted. That’s was the time I called him but he didn’t pick up until after few days he called and said my son is approved and ready to start his services and I declined their services. I am so disappointed with Ai Autism Consultant 👎🏾
