The Bridgewater site is the best. From the Executive Director to the staff their level of professionalism and promptness is ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSIVE!!! I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the services they provide to my son and my son has made TREMENDOUS PROGRESS. I am so IMPRESSED. They also all have a great team that collaborates with each other. They make me feel like family and make me feel very at ease when my son is in there hands. And to add the level of organization and communication is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I would definitely recommend this place HANDS DOWN!!!!

Concerns About Supervisors and Service Quality-just politics I have been using the services at [ABA Center Edison] for my child's therapy sessions. While the therapists are generally good, I have had ongoing issues with the supervisors. Specifically, there have been instances of unprofessional behavior and a lack of adherence to the center's own rules what they instruct us to apply - communicate on chat but they don't follow it For example, the supervisors instructed us to communicate any changes in the chat group, even after a phone call. However, they did not follow this rule themselves. This inconsistency has been frustrating and has affected the quality of communication and service. I hope the management will address these issues to ensure a better experience for all families.
So far, my experience with this provider has been extremely disappointing — particularly regarding billing practices and lack of transparency. My insurance granted a single case agreement to allow this provider to evaluate and assess my child. Prior to the evaluation, I signed a financial agreement to establish a “low as you can go” payment plan in the event that insurance denied the claims. However, ABA therapy services were initiated before authorization was approved, which may have impacted the rates charged. Had services started after authorization, reimbursement rates likely would have followed the terms of the agreement — potentially reducing my out-of-pocket responsibility. To date, I’ve been billed over $9,000, according to Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from my insurance. This charge reflects a single autism evaluation that lasted roughly than two hours. Still awaiting itemized bill for charges
I met Lisa Remy (ABA Center) at a local event, and she did an amazing job explaining the services offered by the ABA Center. She was professional, informative, took the time to make sure I understood everything clearly and so easy to talk to. Thank you, Lisa, for taking the time to connect and share such helpful information! Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. Because of her, we feel confident and well-informed, and we will definitely be using the ABA Center for our future needs.
