ABA Centers of Pennsylvania

My son has been receiving care through Bala for over a year and a half. Everyone at the center is amazing. His team continues to put his best interests first, communicates well with us, and are just lovely people to work with. Thank you for everything you all do every day! We appreciate you so much!

I love this place so much, my twins attend the center and they love it. I’ve seen a tremendous improvement with my sons. They ALL welcome you with open arms and even knows my children’s names even though they aren’t assigned to them. I highly recommend this program and I have been passing along the information to any parents looking for any help. THANK YOU ABA!!!! Twins Dads

Believe the poor reviews! I am not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt it necessary to share about how unprofessional ABA Centers is. They were responsive during the assessment process and we are grateful to have the information from the assessment. However, they made several mistakes in the paperwork and took way too long to give me updated/corrected paperwork. For two weeks, people from their center would tell me someone would call me back by the end of the day, but no one would call. They even promised at one point that I would have the paperwork given to me later that day, but it was not done until I again called days later. This paperwork is the key to my child receiving services that will help him. Any organization I reached out to would not allow us to move forward without this paperwork. I also sent a form that I needed their doctor to complete for me and he never did so. I'm glad I was able to have another doctor take care of that, since I was again given no response each time I reached out to ABA Centers. All this being said, after our assessment was finished, ABA Centers was very unresponsive and a total pain to work with. It is as if they no longer cared about giving us care after they were paid by insurance for the assessment.

The customer service representatives here are extremely disrespectful. I attempted to make an appointment for my children, and when I asked for them to clarify, what type of insurance that took. She didn’t know how to explain that they only take private insurance. When I asked for a supervisor, she hung up on me. I would not recommend setting up any appointments for your children at this place.

They are terrible and dishonest. My child did not benefit from their ABA all they do is babysit and just want money from insurance company. They don't care about the child. I felt scammed. It's worth the wait for other experienced ABA centers.
