Amazing RBTs and BCBAs that provide excellent care!

Coming in from Seaboard, you will see 113B on the building. Go around to the other side and you will see 113C. Aba is in C100. 2nd door from the left. You will see their logo and hours on the door. You will have to be let in. Great safety measure. Been so nice and helpful here.

Finding out your child may have autism is disheartening in itself. When you are seeking help, the last thing you would want is someone on the other side of the phone being VERY insensitive. Carroll, the person who answered the phone, has no clue about my finances. I could only assume that my voice lead her to believe that I needed to know that I would not be able to pay out of pocket for testing since it was so expensive since we don’t have commercial insurance. This company only takes commercial insurance. I would need to go to the marketplace to find insurance, because I obviously cannot afford insurance. She is not a good representative for your company. This is the first of many complaints and bad reviews I will write. My daughter currently has the insurance policy she has now due to her condition. We do not come from a poverty stricken family.

I recently visited ABA Centers of Tennessee and was truly impressed with what I saw. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, far from the typical clinic environment. The play gyms are incredible—bright, engaging, and designed to make therapy feel like play for the children. Watching the therapists work with the kids was heartwarming. Their care, patience, and genuine dedication to each child's progress were evident in every interaction. It was clear that the staff is highly trained and passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum grow and thrive. The blend of professionalism and kindness they offer is truly exceptional. The way they use the play areas to integrate therapy is remarkable; it creates a fun and positive space that encourages learning and development in a natural way. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and even excited.
