After telling them I did NOT want to apply with them if they had back billing they told me over and over they didn’t. They said they wanted to check my insurance coverage but I had already spoke with my insurance which said they weren’t covered. They took it upon themselves to ask for a one time exception and I got the letter from my insurance they approved it. I get their paperwork and I find out they do have back billing. Do NOT I mean do not trust these people if they lie about the paperwork imagine what they will do with your children!

This place is a disgrace to mental health facilities. The level of unprofessional is alarming. The Receptionist and Dr. U were the only silver linings. The Receptionist was attentive and professional. Dr. U was a good Psychiatrist. Mrs.Sophia is very unprofessional and I remember she gave me bad advice and only cares about making money. Ms. Lewis is the worst Therapist I have ever had. Ms. Lewis is also very unprofessional. She gave me the absolute worst advice ever. I was seeking treatment for 6 years to manage my mental illness and it's very obvious and apparent that this place is just preying on mentally ill people and only care about making money off of us. Don't waste your time with this place. This place needs to be reported and shut down. I seriously doubt anybody is actually getting any help here. I repeat do not waste your time here.

Aba staff is rude and unprofessional. The owner who is African is very nasty need a class on customer service.When you go into this business there can't even say Good morning or good afternoon. My son was going there for 2 years I gave them all his insurance information.Mrs Sophia waited to my son appointment to tell me.There can't see my son.I asked her can the doctor fill his prescription because his medical was low.She said call my son primary doctor.I told her how would you feel .if your mom was low on her heart meds.She said nothing.Please don't waste your time.I called channel2,channel45 .There need to be reported.How can she sleep at night knowing someone is low on medication and might hv a episode.

My son was going here for 3 threes.I gave them all my son medical assistance and Blue Cross information There are bad on communication.Dr. U good psychiatrist but the administration are rude and no customer service skills .Mrs Ceferia African lady is only about money. I asked her can she have my son doctor prescription filled because his meds was getting low. She refused told me to call his primary doctor. I told. her he need his meds she said no. So if my son has a episode or get sick .She don't care.I asked her how can you sleep at night.What if yr mother need her heart meds and it's getting low Please don't go here.Staff is rude and don't hv no customer service This will be closing after I report them to Channel 11,45 and Fox News.

The receiptionist is so rude and very unprofessional to offer mental health services in the State of Maryland constituents. I can not wait to leave the State of Maryland. Just awful!!!
