"North Texas ABA has shown a complete lack of compassion and responsibility toward vulnerable children with special needs. Many of these children cannot speak up for themselves, yet the organization fails to ensure their safety and emotional well-being. The management consistently prioritizes profit over care, showing little regard for the child’s health or the concerns of parents. Instead of working with families to find solutions, they choose to discharge autistic children under the pretext of ‘lack of progress,’ without giving them adequate time, proper therapy, or individualized support to truly assess improvement. This is deeply troubling and shows a fundamental failure in their duty to serve children who need understanding and patience the most. I strongly urge parents to think twice and research thoroughly before trusting this organization with their child’s care."
I highly recommend ABA of North Texas! I’ve never been in a center where the staff genuinely care for our kiddos like they do here! I am extremely grateful with Dania for the guidance and knowledge she has provided. With that I was able to make the best choice for my son, who is now making progress not only at the center but at home as well. Julie Hayes, the client coordinator is the sweetest person ever! I have nothing but amazing things to say about her! If I have questions or concerns during ANY time of the day she ALWAYS answers! The entire staff / therapist are extremely knowledgeable! My son loves working with every single one of them! We love it here!
The staff seem super nice and friendly but my daughter has been going here not even two months and her sessions have been canceled four times due to lack of staff. I’m not sure why they would open the center if they could possibly have to cancel sessions. Julie Hayes the lady that works there told me when I asked about how often does it happen that they have to cancel sessions she told me “it’s rare” and I thought okay that’s great but then she told me this week after they canceled my daughters session again that they cancel one kid each week due to staff this was this week on Thursday 8/29/24 and luckily I was off work. They enforce rules but can cancel and let you know at 6a when I’ve already gotten my daughter up. This is not a consistent place and so far I’m not happy and what do they say? Well you can try to enroll her into school but then told me if she goes to school with the behavioral issues that she has they will kick her out so like no hire more staff so that you can accommodate each child on a regular bases. Also my daughter is on ADHD medication due to her not being able to sit and her aggressive behavior. She started on 7ml and they asked a week or two later if we can increase so we did and now she’s doing 10ml in the morning and 7ml in the afternoon and now their asking again if we can increase after her only being on 10 ml almost two weeks. I do understand why but she struggles more in the mornings so I do understand my daugter gets aggressive but I’ve noticed she has become more aggressive at home since starting this ABA place and I’m wondering how they are approaching her because there’s a therapist there that my daughter loves and when I ask how she did with her, she said she did good. There’s also another therapist there that talks extremely loud and I can tell that triggers my baby. When she goes to daycare when she’s not able to go to ABA she’s does way better there and the approach is different and effective but I want my child to get the help she needs. Just wanted to give an honest review. Be careful wit h this place because they will have employees and people give good reviews when it’s a LIE. UPDATE: I wrote the first review two weeks ago and now as of today 9/17/24 DANIA told me my daughter can no longer come because her behaviors are severe and they can’t accommodate her. I’m not writing this to say don’t go there but if your kid struggles severely this isn’t the place to go to. They want kids that make their job easy and they can get paid but when there’s a challenge they will give up on your child. They aren’t supportive, they just would always tell me what my daughter wasn’t doing. She was only there 7weeks before they told me she can’t come back. DANIA told me my daughter would have until the 27th of September but today she decided she wanted to end services today. DANIA and PAIGE never smiled since I came there. They never gave a warm welcome only JULIE HAYES did at first and the review that she wrote she deleted. Yea because YOU WORK THERE so why are you writing a review like you’re a parent that brings their kid in. This place isn’t a good fit for every child. If your child doesn’t move at their pace that they see fit they will end your services and sessions got canceled about five times while I was there. I will be attaching text threads to show how dull they were. They told me my baby couldn’t return on the 27th and didn’t offer any other places I could try or nothing. When they gave me my daughters belongs after ending her sessions NOTHING WAS OPENED it’s like they didn’t try to offer her anything while she was there but wanted to keep asking about upping her medication. don’t send your kids here if they struggle really bad with their behaviors. Never seen CRYSTAL CHAPPA drop her so called daughter off there either. There was the same parents there every morning and she was not one of them. They asked me to change my review because it’s putting a bad look on them so THATS A FAKE REVIEW.
Absolutely the best ABA center. My daughter has been attending since their doors opened. They have the most loving family oriented staff. Julie Hayes (Client Coordinator) is always available 24/7 for the families needs. She is the most sweetest person I have ever met on my Autism Spectrum journey. She has been the greatest help to me on transferring my daughter from public school to an ABA center. She was with me through out the whole process and was very informative. They have the best tools for kids therapy. My daughter loves going to ABA of North Texas!
