ABA SCARBOROUGH Centre for Autism

It’s been 3 years since my daughter started ABA service with this location. I found them very professional, flexible and friendly with my daughter. I just registered my second child to start services with them, hopefully she learns and have fun like the first one ☝️

I just want to share my experience so other parents can make an informed decision. I recently found out who owns this center, and it really surprised me. The owner used to work as a therapist at another ABA center where my son was receiving therapy a while back. She was actually my son’s therapist for some time, and unfortunately, I had a pretty difficult experience with her. I won’t go into all the details here, but it was enough for me to request a different therapist and honestly, that turned out to be the best decision I made for my child. Now that I’ve seen this new place, I noticed that the name and even the look of the center are very similar to the one she used to work at even down to some of the photos and marketing style. It feels like she’s tried to recreate the old center instead of doing something new or different. That made me question how genuine or original the services here really are. As a parent, I think it’s really important to do your research before committing your child to any therapy center. Ask questions about who the therapists are, how sessions are run, what kind of parent communication they offer, and how progress is tracked. I wish someone had told me to dig deeper before my first experience. Please take time to ask around and get real feedback from other families before enrolling. I’m not saying this center can’t help some children I just personally wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my child here again based on my past experience.

The staff are highly skilled, caring, and always approachable. They take the time to understand each child’s unique needs and create individualized plans that truly make a difference. Communication with families is excellent and they clearly explain goals, progress, and next steps. I have seen tremendous improvement and growth, and I’m very grateful for their dedication. A truly positive and supportive environment for children and families.

Wonderful experience at the centre. They have highly experienced Therapists and staffs. Curating programs according to each kids. I am very much satisfied with their service.

I have been sending my son for ABA there for two years now. The therapists are well educated and they know how to handle the kids. My son had tremendous improvement in these years. They communicate us with their targets and how they are trying to achieve it. Great place for ABA
