The company provided me support and training as a caregiver. The staff were always professional and gave me the skills I needed to provide care. I’m extremely grateful for the team and the care this company provides.
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They said they could help my family and my son with his behavior....well 6 months later watching them ask him what a picture was my son is worse then before with no relief in sight. Then they refuse to come back because they saw a flea....1 flea I live in the woods with dogs. They made it a huge deal about needing an exterminator to come in the house and certify it clear. When I told them I treat my dogs myself and they were getting treated I was met with such disrespect I told them not to come back Worst agency period. Save yourself time and energy and money this place has 0 clue as to help children with behavioral problems.
