Wonderful staff. I just spoke with a very lively, friendly, and most helpful woman whom answers the phones and helped me with my questions and went above and beyond. Wish I lived closer to have the pleasure of using them for my son's aba therapy.

During this quarantine, These providers contacted me often to setup alternative therapies. They spoke with me as if we were friends and not as a client. Once we were allowed to go back they accommodated us immediately.

We weren't a fan of this location. During the assessment with the director it felt rushed the entire time. We weren't given proper amount of time to fully fill out the paperwork referring to my child's likes/dislikes when it came to food, toys, etc. Which is important. Now that we are at a different location we see the difference in details on paperwork and how our new location seems more professional than this location. We only went for a week. Each day I felt rushed to get in and out and didn't get to hear many details about my child's day. (She was only there 3 hours a day) Also each day we were suppose to get a paper with what they had worked on that particular day, half the time the lady we worked with forgot to give it to us. After we left we did find out she was let go, but not sure as to why. I also had trouble getting in and out of this location with my newborn and child due to them only having stairs. After leaving we did have some issues with getting my daughter's treatment plan paperwork from the director. We were told it would take a week for her to print them. When my husband tried to go get them on the discussed date the director said she was closing early. After receiving the paperwork we saw that my child's treatment plan was 10 pages long. At our new location her plan has about 60 pages, which leads me to believe this location isn't as thorough in their treatment or very professional in my opinion.
