This is a multicultural aba company that serves people from all backgrounds and faiths. I am Sorry for the person who commented before me. If you are patient and listen carefully you will understand a person with an accent . Try it
Information is key amd you can not have a person with a strong accent advocate for your business unless you only service that clientele. My interaction with the representative was not very understanding and we had a communication error and I could tell she took offense to me asking to speak with someone whom could answer my questions appropriately. Now, I because of her interaction I feel, is this a place I would feel safe putting my child. My father once told me when I was a kid..."representation is everything and who you hang with and interact with speaks volumes for who you are." Does this woman that answered the phone represent the entire establishment. And if so...what is going on there with the child and the familes being serviced. Something to think about. Cheers!
