My family has used Ability Matters for many years now. They support my son to be able to live independently. There has always been a provider for every shift. They have kept up with learning about different supports for my son and have offered them over the years to him. They have recently revamped their supported housing section to make upgrades to the program. They have always worked diligently to meet my sons needs and give him the best services. They have a lot of exciting traveling opportunities for the consumers to go on. They make the trips very fun and the consumers really enjoy them. A big confidence builder for the consumers! Kristyn and the staff are wonderful. They have always been kind and attentive to any of our needs. They have always taken a special interest in our son. The relationship Ability Matters has with our son is something my family cherishes. A wonderful hardworking agency!

Ability Matters has been the provider agency for our adult son for over 10 years. We’ve seen the company grow and offer several new services. The people are always nice and helpful and their caring nature shows every day. We feel confident that our son is taken of by good people.
