Writing a review to hopefully save another parent from this hassle. The gaslighting that has gone on from Jenny is absurd. I reached out to my EI asking about the possibility to switch to a lesser frequency of visits, she then just stopped showing up and stopped reaching out. I then contacted babynet to request a new EI and the same day recieved an email from Jenny telling me I was being "dismissed" from them for my child not having seen his EI.... this was their doing. I responded and let her know the full story same day. I never got a reply. I then reached out to babynet again, babynet was able to get intouch with Jenny after me waiting a month and contacting babynet 3 times. At which point Jenny straight lied about never receiving an email from me and when I forwarded the email I sent to her again she once again ignored it. I even tried to call and got sent directly to voicemail. By far the worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Working with his EI was fine until this point, however, I did feel she was not working productively with my child.
