Mirei is a wonderful therapist. She connects so well with our son and is helping him figure out how to work through his emotions
This was our first experience with ABA and will probably our last. Our first RBT did no work with our son. The second RBT was great with him but after a month she started missing at least one day a week. We then began to notice the inconsistency and how it impacted his treatment. Then we found notes for days our son was not seen by his RBT and signed notes with forged signatures. So not only did he get inconsistent treatment that we are being charged so much for but she was also writing notes and making up data for days he was never seen by her. Where it gets even worse when I reported it I was gaslit to feel as if it was our fault and that it did not happen. There has been no resolution and no apology. We just want what is best for our son and they completely do not care about my kid and his treatment.
My daughter started pointing and naming numbers 1-10 on her own after her first week of in-home therapies. This place started services quickly and made arrangements with the insurance. They are very very good!!.
The worst ABA Therapy. Do not trust this company or the therapist they send to your house. They do not have your child's safety or best interest at heart , only their own. I could say more but won't. Beware...
Everything with Above and Beyond ABA has been great. My 5 year old autistic son has progressed so much with their services, he looks forward to all of his sessions. They were very quick to get everything setup and approved with insurance. They even worked with the school to arrange for services to be provided at school.
