Super supportive and friendly, great communication, gets along well with my child, and I love the teamwork.
We were with the company for a year and my son is level 3 non verbal autistic little boy he’s 3 yrs old performing at a 8 month old and they kept wanting him to go to clinic and he wasn’t ready for that ABA in home had 4 or 5 different people come in and out once he got comfortable with that person they would leave again and that makes it hard on a autistic child ! I could only do 3hrs 3 days a week because of the twins therapies through the week And 3hrs was good for us but they always made me feel like it was my fault because they weren’t getting paid enough money the only way they would get paid enough money was to add Monday through Friday 15-20 hrs and the twins having therapies through out the week was to do 3hrs and they kept mentioning well our RBT’s aren’t making enough money doing 9 hrs well that’s very unprofessional to say to a mom DONT LET THEM BULLY YOU into doing more hours if you can’t do more hours depending if ur kid or kids does therapies
We have been working with Above & Beyond for about a month or so and we love the changes we have started to see with our son and cannot wait for the day it all starts coming together for him.
We love Above and Beyond and highly recommend. Ms. Michaela, Ms. Somer, & Ms. Kasey have been tremendous in helping our kiddos. They helped me to potty train my 6 year old who is level 3 ASD after many failed attempts… they helped to formulate a protocol that was success. Love the strategies they help to come up with to help with so many different adaptive & independent skills. Forever thankful for them.
