Above & Beyond ABA Therapy In Omaha

We are extremely disappointed in our experience with Above & Beyond ABA. Over a short period of time, we were assigned three different RBTs and two BCBAs. The lack of consistency was incredibly disruptive for our child, who relies heavily on routine and stability. Our first RBT had no prior experience. We were willing to give her a chance, but we were informed of a strict 15-minute policy stating that if the therapist was not with our child within that window, the session would be canceled. This policy had never previously been communicated to us. On the same day we were made aware of this rule, the RBT left just as our child had woken up and was expecting her, which caused unnecessary distress. The second RBT had ongoing issues with punctuality and attendance. Approximately half the time he either arrived significantly late or did not show up at all. There were multiple instances of no-call/no-show. Despite these repeated disruptions, we received little proactive communication or accountability from leadership. Most recently, we were reassigned to a new BCBA who is not local — despite being very clear from the beginning that we left our previous provider specifically because they did not have local BCBAs. This change was communicated without meaningful discussion. ABA therapy requires consistency, professionalism, and strong communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The instability and lack of reliability were not in the best interest of our child, and we ultimately chose to discontinue services. We hope this feedback encourages improvements so that other families seeking dependable support do not experience the same challenges.

The first tutor/therapist worked well with our son. The second was, I think, too nice; she didn't push him. She just didn't work with our son. The third, current, is working well. She accepts our advice on what we believe he needs to work on. She pushes him. It seems she is trying to get him to focus and work so he can control himself and develop on his own once she's gone.

Hello! Our son has been a part of this company for 3 years. In that time, we've been impacted so much by their support. To attending our first IEP meeting, and getting support outside of the center and into School, they have been instrumental in our son's success.

My Son has been doing ABA therapy for over a year now. I was a little skeptical at first because I didn't know what to expect. But everything has been good, Staff has been so accomodating and a pleasure to work with.

My 4 year old wakes up EXCITED about going and seeing the staff members at Above and Beyond, she SINGS about each person she interacts with on the way to school because she can’t wait to get there, she dances through the door smiling, and faithfully she turns to me and says “okay! Goodbye! You can go now Mom!” The progress and development she has made so far in her time has been nothing short of a miracle for our family. Each team member genuinely cares for and LOVES our child. The level of professionalism, pride, attention to details, and nurturing the Above and Beyond team provide on a daily basis is unparalleled. There is no amount of money or accolades abundant enough to convey just how magical Above and Beyond Therapy Clinic truly is. As a parent, you hope and wish for a place like this for your child to flourish and excel. We have finally found the answer to a lifetime prayer through our experience for our daughter with Above and Beyond Clinic!

Above and Beyond Therapy has brought support, parent education, clarity and joy to parenting our child. Our son absolutely loves attending the clinic and we as parents are impressed daily with the skills and improvements he has mastered while under their care. The clinic tailors everything they do toward the children's interest. The clinic is clean, organized, modern and full of up to date toys, games and learning activities. The BCBP's and RBT's are incredible, patient, knowledgeable and deeply care for the families they serve. He's in absolutely the right place with the right professionals!
