Abundant Life Family Services

This is a terrible, unprofessional company. They truly do not care about patients or families; only financial gains. While i initially reached out for aba services, in school and home based. None of the requested services were ever rendered. After going through the rigorous assessment phases and plan creating for both in-home and school. I was advised after that his private insurance pays the company, for services. They still would require at least $800 per week in copayments for In-School services. While at home or in clinic services would be covered at 100% through insurance. I advised the representative "Kat" ,as well as her manger on a 3way conference call, that the price for in-school services is astronomical and that would not be feasible for our family. We discussed (abundant family &myself) that we would not move forward with school services, just at home or in clinic. My son NEVER received any services, Because I declined school services for $800 per week. I reached out multiple times inquiring when his services would start. I was ignored, every phone call, email, text message. I spoke with a gentleman who introduced him self as one "higher ups" in the company, said he would have this resolved and never heard back from him either. Not only did they deny services that he was entitled too,most importantly they halted his potential growth for months by not receiving Aba services. Absolutely despicable and would never recommend to anyone needing ABA Services for their child.

Abundant Life Family Services was a pleasure to work with - attentive, quick to respond to inquiries, and professional throughout.

We’ve worked with Abundant Life for two years and couldn’t recommend them more. Their counselors are professional, empathetic, and go above and beyond. We’ve seen real progress in our child through weekly sessions, and our whole family has built a strong, trusting relationship with the counselor. We’re truly grateful for their care and support.

My son received Early Intervention services through Abundant Life Family Services. They treated us like family and Ms. Maat was awesome and really took her time with him. We were so happy we trusted them with our son's therapy! I would highly recommend them!

Abundant Life Services provided educational materials and methodologies that have bettered my child's life and my life. Detailed, compassionate and thorough I would recommend them to other parents who are working through and looking for the best for their child and them selves. ALS helped to provide a road map for next steps as we develop together.
