Horrible Communication with parents I have been trying to get my daughter services I have done every single thing that they have asked me to do in a timely manner after my daughter‘s better practicing evaluation They asked me for an updated written order which I did and submitted it. They wanted more hours of service without even evaluating my daughter or spending any time with her. Her doctor said absolutely not that they need a documentation stating why they needed extra hours of service They’ve been in communication with my doctor’s office for almost a month after Abyay telling me I have everything in they now tell me I need to get my daughter re Evaluated even though she got evaluated for autism three years ago and got a better practice evaluation done about two months ago ridiculous as a parent with a child with autism it is hard enough to find services with availability to help us this company has made it feel like I’m jumping through hoops just to get my daughter the service that she is in need of for school. All documents that they requested are turned in just to be turned away. They have literally wasted time that I don’t have and could be used with another other company trying to get the help I need for my child

Awful work environment full of deceit towards clients and staff. If you're looking to get ABA services for your child I highly recommend going literally anywhere else. Treatment plans are not updated, the goals BCBAs set are almost as if they never met your child. As an ABA graduate student at penn state I can assure you that they are not practicing real ABA. Sad excuse for a quick cash grab. Students and parents look elsewhere.
