I've been to this Avera a few times, and as a student at the college here, I appreciate how welcoming this facility and its staff are. A special shout out to one of the receptionists–I believe her name is Brooklyn–who is so sweet and nice over the phone! Thank you for being so helpful and lovely.
They refused to refill my mental health medications because I am unemployed and can't pay my Avera bill. Now I am going through withdrawals. Shameful.

Won't give shots required by the school unless I spend a ridiculous amount of money setting up my child with a new primary care physician in their system.

I always use your service! A very nice girl Yem helps me at the reception! Always friendly and respectful! Please reward her for her very kind and responsive attitude towards visitors!
I was treated with disrespect, the person at the front desk was disrespectful, and the nurses were very rude. I came in with flu symptoms and they told me they wouldn’t test me for certain things. I ended up having to go to a different urgent care in a different area and I had pneumonia.
My time was wasted going here. I go in super sick and the doctor say "sounds like covid" right away. Gave me a test sent me on my way. Just to find out I don't have covid. And I'm still sick, not knowing what's going on, and for sure not going back. And for sure don't want to pay for that visit.
I spent 13 days here and had excellent care here ! These people here really care for there patients! 1 person that really went above and beyond his duty was a guy named Nate in food service ! That kid loves his job ! He did tell me that he's barely getting by making ends meet! He needs a pay increase so he sticks around ! People like him are hard to find! Another person is Sheila . She did a very good job working with my insurance company and getting me into intense therapy after my hospital stay!
