Great place with excellent service, Dr Sam Obgartel Is great and caring, very professional and compassionate, Mrs Myrna same as well , always taken their job seriously and great work ethic, it’s a great place for people with low income and poor people, only they probably need a bigger facility, is kind of small for all the people that go now, and it’s hard to get an appointment at times cause of volume of people.

There is an excellent staff who take very good care of the children. The two pediatricians who are very kind to Yeni, my baby, as well as their assistants.

Wic department never answer the phone i always have to go up there to change and appt if i have to bc they don’t even let you do the app. currently going up there now to reschedule my appointment it’s ridiculous and inconvenient. and when you call the center they always say “they may be busy” transfer me and they still don’t answer, give me the number and they still don’t answer literally been calling them for months to change and appt. it’s a shame.

Completely unacceptable. My first visit was cancelled with no prior warning and my practitioner was several hours late for my next appointment. I have been waiting since Nov 18 for him to complete a prior authorization for my medication and it still has not happened. My pharmacy has called and I called twice. Second call was more than a week ago and they have still not called me back. Meanwhile, I don’t have my meds.

Horrible I went in for one thing and she was so concerned about something I didn’t come there for. Kept explaining to her my ankle wasn’t broken and that’s all she cared about. Went for pain in my hands and back !! and still in pain she put me on antidepressants for pain that’s making me really moody and mean ! Currently home can’t run my business bc this pain is killing me .
