Dr. Mickie Woodall has been such a positive influence in my life, and someone I feel comfortable being honest with. Cannot stress this enough, if you need a psychiatrist who is non-judgmental, kind, smart, bright, caring, understanding, and patient, Dr. Mickie might be for you! I’m just so thankful for her and acadian.

Getting intouch with them is next to impossible! I brought my children here before covid and I would have given them 5 stars, but since covid, I can't get in contact the person that was assigned to them, they wouldn't return our calls or even sign the prior authorization for the pharmacy to fill the meds. We have had nothing but bad experiences since last year. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

If your new to mental health. Read this. The DMV has better service. The people are nice and overworked. You will not be able to contact your doctor unless you are in an appointment. Office hours don't exist. Sometimes you will get lucky and find someone there, but they will not be able to help you. Slidell office. Schedule appointments no matter what because you can always cancel. Getting an appointment will always be a month or two out. There are no emergencies in this system, because you will never get your message or questions past the front desk or email service. Your Doctor doesn't see your emails and you will have no way to contact him unless your are actively in an appointment. Not sure it is better anywhere else.

Dr. Kutner is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable and has keen insight. Acadian Care is a great place to get your treatment. They can be a little hard to get in touch with but they are well worth the effort.

The website drew me in. I was excited to make an appointment here. I made sure to fill out all of the new patient paperwork in advance like I was told to do so when making the appointment. I arrived about 15 minutes early to be safe, and waited over an hour for my child’s first appointment. I tried to be understanding when they apologized for taking us back so late because I also work in an office and things do happen unexpectedly sometimes. When I went to the front to schedule our next appointment I was told “ that they were unable to do that and someone would call me”. This was annoying because I was here and wanted to just get it over with. I asked that they call me at work since I had taken off to come to the visit I would be at work when they called me back. The following week no one called. I called the office and left messages more than 3x and still no appointment. Yesterday I even called and requested a manager. The only reason I was able to get through to a human was to press a specific button that indicated it was an emergency. I explained my extreme disappointment to the lady and she said that her manager would call me back ASAP. No one ever called. Now a whole week has passed and I could’ve already gotten my daughter scheduled somewhere else. Since no one wanted to call and discuss with me I figured I should warn future clients. It was a really frustrating experience and we will NEVER go there again.

Prepare to be impressed. Well worth the wait, this medical practice has your best interests in mind. The staff work tirelessly to make sure patients are comfortable and have everything they need. Dr. Kutner and staff show they really care with awesome professional attention and compassion. I rotated here as a 3rd year medical student and the experience was life changing. I was not in any way paid nor was my grade influenced by my opinion.
