Horrible experience they are overloaded with people they don't truly care about the people they are supposed to help I was lied to by my therapist but she did apologize but still no excuse to basically play with people just for insurance money I don't recommend this place not for therapy at least when I started they told me in two to three visits will be all the intake paperwork would be over with and then I'd finally start therapy and then they just know how to lead you on and two to three visits turned into five visits before I actually got 1 hour to talk with somebody. They didn't even ask questions that they should be asking. If they cared, they know how to drag out what they're saying and leave people on so I don't feel that this place helped me at all. I was actually able to therapitize myself with new friends and people that I surround myself with. Now that has helped me more than this place. Definitely do not recommend going here also first thing they want to do is put you on drugs SMH terrible so disappointed
Our primary care provider sent us to access ohio in worthington, personally my family has never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the lobby, rate them 5/5 for their care
Access Ohio has been amazing. The staff actually care and take the time to listen. From the first visit, everything felt smooth and supportive. They don’t rush you, and they really work with you to figure out what’s best. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for real, quality mental health support.
I’ve visited two of their locations with both family and clients, and the care was outstanding. Susan in case management was incredibly helpful and attentive. Nurse Greg had excellent bedside manner he really listened and kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend this provider for their professionalism and compassionate care.
It’s disheartening having back to back intake appointments to get case management and then when I finally finished all of my appointments with the therapist nurse doctor case manager and no I was just left out in the dust. I’ve been calling back for more than a month and still no call back they keep saying they’ll talk to management but nothing. I’m so upset I wasted my energy here to receive nothing. People seriously need help and they’re over here wasting our time for what?
