My daughter loves the therapists, and i do as well. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. They dont communicate with anyone ever. I will literally talk on the phone with them, and they five minutes theyll call again to tell me something has changed and they need to cancel. This is the norm for them.

Access Point has been incredible for our family. They always strive to go above and beyond to ensure our children are safe, happy, and learning. I can't say enough good things. We've been with them a few years now and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I highly recommend them.
The staff is great! They work so well with our son and have helped our family.
So far, my overall experience with Access Point services has been a pretty good one. The PSR services are very organized and the PSR workers for the most part are professional and adaptable. The DT section... well, that wasnt as good, but still a lot better than other places in town, that Ive had experience with, anyway. The staff are professional and do a good job.
