ACES ABA - Autism Therapy Center

I didn’t know much prior to joining this clinic, but I have no regrets. It has been nothing short of amazing - the staff, the environment, and the quality of care. Clinical director, Bridgette Brooks, has always been a helping hand throughout the process of understanding ASD. She is one of a kind and her passion for helping others is transparent. My family and I love it here!

Our daughter received services at ACES, and everyone there absolutely loved her and was so dedicated to her progress. Our BCBA, Frannie, and the Clinic Director, Bridgette, were always available whenever we needed guidance or had any concerns. Having worked with other ABA clinics, we know how important daily communication with the BCBA is for a child’s progress — and that consistency made a huge difference for us. Even after we relocated, the team still checks in, which shows how much they truly care. We loved our time with ACES! Special shoutouts to Frannie, Bridgette, Clarissa, Taija, Jocelyn C., Jocelyn R., Casey, and Jennifer for showing so much love and dedication to our girl.

I can’t say anything bad about Aces and the entire team. From the staff, to the therapists and the managerial team, this office has been so caring and supportive of all their clients. The office is not only clean and vibrant but each room focuses on different tasks and it’s a great learning environment. Each person always makes sure that the child’s best needs are being met. The BCBA’s and the RBT’s are also able to help children in different aspects of their age and what their plan is. Highly recommended Aces!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Ace’s ABA in San Antonio! From day one, the entire team made our family feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. From the very beginning, Aces has played a key role in my daughter’s progress, thanks to their incredibly caring and dedicated staff. During the initial assessment, I felt reassured and confident in choosing this facility to begin ABA sessions for my daughter. From her very first session, she was warmly welcomed by a team that truly cares. The love, patience, and professionalism shown by the therapists and supervisors have made a tremendous difference in her development. We have seen significant progress, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the consistent support and individualized care provided. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to any parent seeking support for their child’s needs. Aces has truly become a second home for us.

Bad company, do not care about their clients and very unprofessional. Untrained and have poor understanding of how to run a behavioral therapy company.

Never take your child to this place. Untrained staff. Some staff is even very aggressive towards to the children and seems like they themselves need counseling. No communication between staff. The BIs just hold on to the tablet throughout the entire session instead of working with the child. They assign untrained staff to children to save money on training. The supervisors lack communication. We had the worst experience ever. They treat children like ATM machines.
