I called them before doing the intake form and getting my insurance approval to see if there was a wait. They said there was not a waiting list. I have been calling them to follow through and last week they reached out to intake and I still didn’t hear anything back. Then today tells me they sent an email on 8/14 to deny my son services. Why? I’m unsure. Why wouldn’t they call over something so important? Meanwhile my son still has no services and all the calls I’ve made to them in the Springs and they themselves are just finding out. I do wonder how many profound autism clients they help? Probably none. They say there is no waitlist until they find out your child is nonverbal with SIBs
If you are looking for constancy for your kiddo this is NOT THE PLACE. We have had nothing but issues & have only attended a few months now. Sessions that were set seems to be a regularly canceled even 20 mins prior to sessions and communication is nonexistent. Had MANY sessions scheduled to be told they had coverage, just to showing up with my kid to the faculty and be told they don't know who was supposed to "be with your kid". They expect you to be steadfast in keeping them updated though, even as far as my daughter’s case manager MEGAN saying my daughter missing one session due to an family emergency may cause “my insurance not to cover sessions”. I never had issues with insistence NOT covering prior sessions because a client canceled ONCE but they can cancel many times through out the week with no issues billing our insurance, that being said if you're a special needs family juggling a million things already, look elsewhere - ACES is not the stable source of services you're looking for trust me it will just stress you out more!
Love the staff! They are very compassionate and attentive to my daughter. My daughter has learned so much with Aces. The supervisors and staff are amazing. Hillary is an amazing BI. Highly recommend
My daughter went from non verbal to verbal using ACES services. The staff is flexible for me and my family and very understanding. I have multiple children enrolled in services and I appreciate everything the company has done for my family. We are going on 3 years of being with ACES! Thank you!
