Constant miscommunication from the staff here, therapist ignore the issues you have with them. Even when you type it out in an email, Karen the Managing Partner will walk around the issue to protect her staff. I have pictures of one of their staff on her phone while ignoring my son at his preschool from multiple days. They have no plans to have their staff vaccinated to protect the children in their care. I had asked about this in February, if they had told me the truth that they weren't going to have their staff get the vaccine i would have immediately looked for somewhere else to take my son. As he's not specking and needs to see people's mouth to help motivate him. Therapist here were seeing him 4 hours a day 5 days a week. Said they were working on sign language with him, he's done none for us at home. Even though They've supposedly been working on it since the beginning of the year. 6 months and nothing. As of today i have removed my son from Achieve Behavior.
Therapist Ana performed an initial evaluation of my 4 year old with her mother. This evaluation was shared with me via email. I requested additional information on how the Therapist came to her findings and to expand.. (Strong-willed, behavior management, empathy, transition from one activity to the next). Note: My daughters mother and I are divorced. I was not informed of this therapy appointment until 24 hour prior to it occurring. So, of course I had some questions as it relates to the mental health of our child.. When I inquired about the therapist findings she advised this is too time consuming and she has the right to discontinue treatment. If a therapist cannot provide the reason for treatment than maybe this is not the profession for them. Especially when this treatment is performed on a 4 year old. I offered to pay for the therapist time to speak on phone to further discuss. Her response was “this is too time consuming”. This is just my personal experience with this practice.
